KBC Spinach Salad
First time here and was very pleased. This is the kind of place I will want to return to again and again until I've tried everything on the menu. The spinach salad was so fresh. The goat cheese was smooth and mild ,not pungent at all.the Spinach was perfect the strawberries were non-blemished and sweet and the champagne dressing was so delicate and evenly dispersed onto the salad. not too much not too little just perfect. I also had a glass of iced tea which is usually nothing to brag about but the tea was amazing. It was better than the iced tea I make it home,which I'm a little mad at. It was so good. The thing about it is the quality and freshness of the ingredients is really there. The menu is thoughtful and everything is put together just perfectly. I'm very pleased I stopped in for lunch today I can't wait to go back for dinner.

Romano Crusted Chicken
We recently held our second event at Copper and Vine, this time with even more attendees (79 in total). Once again, they exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, ensuring every detail was perfect. The food was outstanding. Our guests were thoroughly impressed with the variety and quality of the menu. The ambiance was perfect for our gathering, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where people could walk around from table to table and talk and mingle. A special shout-out to the management and staff for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond again to make sure our even was successful. We could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning for future events.
Crab Cakes
Possibly the best crab cake I have ever had. The spinach and corn were perfect also. Definitely will order again
Bruschetta
Magnificent! The bruschetta paired with an excellent house red made for a perfect dinner. I am working my way through the menu by trying a different menu item each time I visit. The grilled shrimp on the appetizer selections was very good also. What's next? Excited to return. Our waiter Brody was awesome!
Sea Scallops
Absolutely loved these scallops. Will come back again to eat there.
Bolognese
So good—very crave worthy!
Pesto
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! The food is fresh, delicious and the presentation is outstanding! The staff was friendly and the owner was personable and makes sure your expectations are met if not exceeded. Thank you for a awesome dining experience!
Primavera
This is a hidden gem in the Las Colinas area. I dropped in for lunch. My pasta was full of perfectly seasoned veggies in a light lemon wine butter sauce with fresh herbs. The service was attentive and welcoming. I'll be back to try something off the dinner menu and wine list.
Romano Crusted Chicken
This dish is delicious ! The chicken was very tender and lightly crusted. Loved the sauce and pasta on the side. Would definitely recommend !
